At PCL we aim to empower primary care through Education and Connection.

We are Primary Care Learning CIC, a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to supporting the primary care workforce. We manage PBSGL England and deliver expert-led clinical and leadership training.

About us

Primary care is built on people. At Primary Care Learning, we believe that when clinicians are connected, supported, and educated, patients receive better care. As the official managers of PBSGL England (Practice-Based Small Group Learning), we facilitate a network of peer learning that reduces isolation and improves clinical confidence. We are a Community Interest Company, meaning our profits are reinvested back into the healthcare community we serve.

Practice Based Small Group Learning

An evidence-based peer learning model used by thousands of GPs, nurses, and pharmacists. We provide the modules, the facilitation training, and the infrastructure to help you solve real-world clinical problems with your local colleagues.
